Love my local tractor supply! They carry almost everything i need to keep my life w/ animals going smoothly! Once in a while I will have to order something online due to being out of stock in the nearby store, but thats okay.. I am excited to try the dog wash next!

I visited Tractor Supply in Highland, NY. Service there is always wonderful but today I thought I lost my wallet at the store and called the store for help. Joann picked up the phone and immediately went looking for me. She was so kind and understood my panic. Ultimately I found the wallet but she really went above and beyond. It's so rare to receive such empathy and helpfulness from a stranger. I am so thankful.

This Tractor Supply often seems to be understaffed, however they are going through many changes and renovations in store right now. Ain't subsequently theirs. Often stockouts of items as they are running less inventory. Spring 2026. hopefully that will help with the layout and the staff management. I expect it to improve as these changes are made. They painted the outside this spring as well. So at least it looks like they are planning to stick around!

Incredibly disappointed. Looking to get a bag of sand for a project. Told that there's 25 in stock. But an employee refused to go look for them because there's some snow behind the store. When asked when they would be available, all I was told was "eventually." So very helpful. I guess Lowes will be getting my business instead!

absolutely love this Tractor Supply location in Highland. I’m here at least three times a week, and I’ve been coming consistently for the past two years. Every single visit has been a great experience, which says a lot considering how often I’m in and out of the store. The staff here truly sets this location apart. Everyone is always friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help. Whether I’m grabbing something quick or asking questions about a product, I’m always treated with respect and patience. You never feel rushed, and it never feels like an inconvenience to ask for help—which is rare these days. The store itself is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for without hunting all over the place. Even during busy times, the team keeps things moving smoothly and efficiently. What I really appreciate is the consistency. No matter the day or time, the service is solid, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall experience is positive. That’s why I keep coming back so often. This Highland Tractor Supply is a perfect example of how a store should be run. Highly recommended to an
